Job Responsibilities

• Safely transporting clients with disabilities utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manor.
• Provide door-to-door transportation for passengers.
• Greet passengers, accept fare payment and maintain a safe environment.
• Properly report all incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a professional image and attitude in regard to clients and coworkers.
• Paratransit Service Training and Driver Certification resources provided.
• Flexible work schedules and multi-route opportunities available

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Must have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customers in a thoughtful, caring and timely manner
• Must possess a valid Class C Driver’s License for at least three (3) years but five (5) preferred
• Must have NO MORE than one (1) moving violations in the last two (2) years
• Must have a clean background check and driving record and pass a drug screen
